Community Days
As a company, Champion Gardens is dedicated to the environment and the community we work and live in and as such we will be dedicating one day a month back to the community in the form of a litter clean up day. Litter is a blight on our landscape, strewn through the hedges and verges of our local area, unsightly for us and dangerous to wildlife.
Nearly £1 billion in taxes is spent nationally cleaning up litter, which would be much more useful spent elsewhere!
Each of these days will be scheduled in advance and advertised on https://www.facebook.com/ChampionGardensNE/ as everybody is welcome to join in.
If you do want to help and give up some of your time then that will be very much appreciated, just let us know in advance if you are coming. An event will be set up each month on facebook to allow you to do this as we need to know numbers for kit and safety etc. If anyone knows of an area that could do with some attention then feel free to get in touch.
Champion!
Keep an eye on http://www.champion-gardens.co.uk/whats-happening to see how we’ve been getting on.
